“Ultimate Back Blasting!”

Training Back has always been one of my favorites. The key to Back training is understanding three principles that are the formula to having a thick, massive wide Back. These three principles are as follows:

1-     Exercises with your upper body horizontal to the floor for Thickness.

2-     Exercises with cable pulleys overhead for Width.

3-     Exercises that are a combination of both, such as the Cable Row.

The Cable Row, being one of my favorites because of its benefit as well as its difficulty to perform, is in my opinion; the best exercise one can perform to attain a thick, massive, and Wide as a “Barn Door” Back! These are the laws of creating the Ultimate Back Blasting Workout! – Joe Carrero
