One of the oldest adages comes to mind, “You Are What You Eat”. This is
one of the most powerful and précis statements I have ever heard all
contained in five simple words. With three components making up ones
nutritional and caloric intake: Protein, Carbohydrates, and Fat; this
statement is as accurate as the Sun rising every morning! In my
extensive experience one should consume enough Protein so that the
muscles can repair after intense workouts, enough Carbohydrates for
quick utilization of energy, and just enough Fat for long term,
extensive, Aerobic style exercising. This discipline should not be
something that you do once in awhile, this discipline IS A LIFESTYLE! So
the next time you sit down to a meal, ask yourself, “How will my body,
my physique, my metabolism, react to what I am about to consume?” If the
